OneSecret allows users to create encrypted, self-destructing messages that can be shared via a unique link.

  • Secrets are encrypted in your browser
  • We store only encrypted data
  • Secrets are deleted after viewing or expiry

You agree not to use OneSecret for:

  • Illegal activities or unlawful content
  • Harassment, abuse, or harmful communication
  • Sharing malware, exploits, or malicious payloads
  • Attempting to disrupt or abuse the service

We reserve the right to block or restrict access if misuse is detected.

While OneSecret is designed with privacy and encryption in mind, no system can guarantee absolute security.

  • Anyone with the full link can access the secret
  • Secrets can be copied before they are destroyed
  • You are responsible for how you share links

Secrets are temporary by design:

  • Deleted after the configured number of views
  • Automatically removed after expiry
  • Not recoverable once destroyed

OneSecret is provided โ€œas isโ€ without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Absolute security or data protection

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSecret shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or secrets
  • Unauthorized access due to shared links
  • Any indirect or consequential damages
